by on August 30th, 2011

The 2011 Vancouver Open officially kicks off tomorrow, with the Charity Pro-Am taking place at Fraserview golf course, a 1PM shotgun start. Thursday will consist of practice rounds, and then the tournament starts from Friday to Sunday. Professionals and amateurs will play a mix of Langara, McCleery, and Fraserview over the next three days.

2010 Vancouver Open winner Adam Hadwin will be playing to retain his crown. Adam has had a meteoric rise to fame in the past seven weeks with his strong finishes at the RBC Canadian Open and US Open. Expect some fantastic golf to take place this weekend.

Spectator tickets are still available for $10 for one day, or $20 for the week. All proceeds will go to FIRST TEE of Vancouver.
